The company shall be held responsible for damages arising from its own negligence, willful misconduct, or failure to adhere to industry standards and regulations. However, the company shall not be liable for damages caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or actions of third parties. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. If you are acting as a client of T_porto or as a legal entity or business, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek Courts.
